    GTI Retirement Plan 401(a)
    Full and Part-time employees who have completed six months of “eligibility service” in which they have worked at least 500 hours during the six month period and have reached the age of 21 will receive contributions starting at a minimum 5% up to 12.5% over time. All contributions are vested immediately in TIAA-CREF funds.
    GTI Supplemental Retirement Plan (SRA) 403(b)
    Full and Part-time employees are eligible to participate in this plan. Funds are contributed on a tax deferred basis. Contributions may be made up to the limit set by the IRS for the current year in TIAA-CREF funds.
    Health and Fitness Plan
    Full-time regular status employees working at least 30 hours per week may elect to participate in the GTI Health and Fitness Plan. Employees are eligible for coverage the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

  • Royalty sharing plan for inventors – Inventors receive a financial reward for each patent application filed. If a patent is licensed or becomes part of an equity investment, the inventor receives a share of any resulting financial return to GTI
